    Survey Report

    “Report on Synodality”

    Introduction
    In order to know if the parishioners are collaborating with their parish leaders and to know their
    faith. I conducted a survey with 10 parishioners of different parish church from last 2 weeks ago.

    Findings
    100% of the parishioners are going to church face to face with 70% attended with their family’s
    and 10% attended by themselves, relatives and family and relatives.

    40% of the parishioners participating sometimes


    in different ministries and 40% do not participate
    then 20% participate only if they are asked.
    60% are familiar with the Parish leaders
    and 40% is familiar with some leaders
    only.

    Conclusion and Recommendation

    Based on the findings, I conclude that the parish leaders and council are doing great in bringing
    parishioner closer to God but the parishioners are not doing their part. I recommend that the
    parishioner will take effort to actively participate to the activity and project of the church in able
    to improve our communication with God and deepen our faith.
