DESIGN PROBLEM

 mixed-use high rise building that aims to redefine the city urbanscape
 modern and chic, but doesn’t look too expensive to the point that it discourages middle-class clients from investing in his building
 building to be distinct, using alternative building methods and materials

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

Assuming that an off-site parking for most vehicles is available for users, the following are the design requirements:

 20-storey office and residential building


 1st Flr for Admin
 2nd-7th Flrs for Office Spaces
 8th-20th Flrs for Residential Units
 10-car parking space adjacent to main building
 Private Park and outdoor dining space
 Water feature
 Minimum of 10 alternative building methods/materials must be used.

DESIGN RESTRICTIONS

 The building footprint of the main building shall not exceed 50% of the site area
 Observe proper building setbacks
 Only one side of the building may use firewall
 The water feature must be visible from the front of the development
 Residential units shall have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units
