    Dear Australian Government Department of Home Affairs,

    I am writing this letter to inform you about my situation. When I was finishing my study in Australia and
    ready to depart Australia I applied BVE to extend my visa because I need to settle my apartment lease
    contract. I applied BVE in order to stay longer lawfully in Australia. However, I applied the BVE one day
    before my student visa expired and I did not notice that the visa would not be granted immediately.
    Therefore, I was considered for overstaying for a couple of days because there was a processing time
    before my BVE was granted. I did not have any intention to overstaying in Australia at all and I genuinely
    always comply with Australian Laws. I am going to apply Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) to visit my fellow
    friends in Australia and I hope you can grant my visa. Thank you for your understanding.
