I, Ravindra Baburav Gavand holding Indian Passport No. U1017717 and residing at Room No.1,
Karnik Chawl, Saibaba Road, Jawahar Nagar, Khar East, Mumbai- 400051.
I would like to visit my daughter Miss Nikita Ravindra Gavand, holding Indian Passport No.
N4742291 residing in Ireland since September 2019 to celebrate New Year and sightseeing
with her in Ireland. She is currently on Critical Skills Employment Permit (Applied for renewal)
and is currently working with Accenture Ireland Limited as Application Development Analyst.

I wish to stay from 28th Jan 2022 to 11th February 2022 in Ireland, I have provided all
the relevant document in support of my visa and I state that I will observe all the conditions
of my visa and will leave Ireland before expiry of my permission to remain, as I am
employed in India and we have our own house and has commitment towards my family
back home. I also undertake that I will not rely on public services (e.g. public hospitals), or
engage in any business and employment or become a financial liability to the state during
