As a Line Cook, her Job duties and responsibilities are as following:

● Prepare menu items to A&W recipes.

● Prepare orders for takeout and delivery.

● Oversee kitchen helpers.

● Monitor product freshness and rotate stock (first in, first out)

● Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards.

● Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and sanitized as per the laws.

● Train kitchen staff when required.

● Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.

● Maintain inventory records of food and other supplies.

● Perform other duties as requested by management.
