OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY

The 5MCSS team is committed to fully sustain its implementation and compliance of OSHS and
Client’s Policy on all activities across all training and consultancy projects in the Philippines.

We will strive for Zero Injury for our employees, participants, and visitors so that everyone goes
home in a healthy state at the end of every working day.

The 5MCSS management will:

 provide a healthy and safe working environment for all employees, participants, and visitors;
 promote personal involvement, positive attitudes and valuable initiatives towards health
and safety;
 provide the necessary training, education, equipment and information to ensure a healthy
and safe workplace;
 promote open communication on all health and safety matters;
 develop the 5MCSS safety management system, procedures and SOPs;
 provide all resources required to implement our health and safety system;
 comply with DOLE-Occupational Safety and Health Standards and applicable Code of
Practice; and
 strive to meet the local and international health and safety management system.

As employees we will:
 maintain a positive attitude and open communications towards health and safety;
 identify and report hazards and incidents within our workplace and act on the corrective
measures identified to mitigate hazards; and
 be accountable for compliance with policies, standards and procedures for our workplace.

Through these commitments we will ensure continuous improvement of our safety and health
performance, ensuring a healthy and safe future for all our workers, participants and our broader
community.
