Important Instructions for Candidates

1. All the candidates must report 1 hr before the timings mentioned against the department for
which they have applied. During this 1 hr period, they should sign the attendance sheet and
get their documents verified from the concerned officials.
2. All candidates must bring a complete set of photocopies of self-attested documents in support
of their claim for academic credentials. This should include the date of birth certificate, mark
sheets of 10th, 12th, B.Tech, M.Tech, and degree certificate (B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D), experience
certificate and first page of research publications. The candidates must bring the original
documents as well. For verification.
3. All the candidates must bring a valid ID proof as mentioned in the advertisement.
4. All the candidates must bring a printout of the filled application form with the original-colored
photograph affixed thereon.
