This is in with reference to the disputed transaction with Transaction ID No 125143508 done on “Fyp” through
Cashfree Payment Gateway.

This is to inform you that we provide wallet and prepaid card solution to our users through our app- "Fyp" and we use
payment gateways to facilitate wallet loading. The customer incorrectly or intentionally raised chargeback in this case.

During our investigation, we have noted that the said transaction was a UPI transfer to the user registered on Fyp and
the amount was successfully transferred to the wallet holder.

It is also to be noted that said user to whom amount was transferred via transaction no 125143508 has utilized
the money and the available balance of the wallet account is ₹1036.8 only. We have also attached wallet transaction
of the user to whom money was transferred in Annexure -1 below:

Since in this particular case we have successfully completed the transaction i.e. load of wallet and have no involvement
in the transfer as it was done from one UPI user to other, you are requested to close the dispute and release the hold
amount in our favour.
