STEP 1
1. We respond with the payment_url that you load on your end for the customer to complete the
transaction. The user is prompted ahead of time to ensure balance is available.
STEP 2
When the page loads, the customer enters all the details as requested and submits the form.
If they don't have balance, they either find means to replenish OR cancel the transaction at that
point; meaning we don't have to send the request to the telecom 1st and then the customer
cancels (many cancellations cause red flags)
STEP 3
3. A new screen/page is displayed with instructions on how the customer should complete the
transaction.
If they go ahead with the transaction, they are offered instructions on how to complete together
with alternatives in some situations. Take a look at the step 2 screenshots and you'll notice that
they're all different. Here a prompt is sent to the customer’s phone for them to complete the
payment by inputting the PIN.
