APOLOGY FOR MISSING FIRST SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS .
With profound regrets,I write this to express my sincere apology for my inability to attend the
first semester examination.I assure you,however,sir/ma I couldn’t sit for the examination due to
circumstances beyond my control.
The night before my examination,i lost both parent in a car accident.I was totally devastated
and couldn’t get back my composure well enough to attend the examination.
I once again extend my apology and request you to excuse me for my inability to sit for the
examination.may i also request you to fix another day and time convenient to you to let me makeup
for the missed examination.
