This site included many exercises in sketch form. It had short descriptions of how an

exercise was to be performed to ensure they were preformed properly, so patients can gain

the full benefit from each one. This site included exercises for cervical herniated discs,

sciatica, and lumbar lordosis.

I used the information from this site as my main source for the at home treatment plans. I

tried to make all the sketches as close as possible so the treatment plans could be cohesive.

I took inspiration from the descriptions on the site and attempted to make them shorter in

order to limit confusion but still make sure the description did not overtake the treatment

plan paper.

Cleveland clinic is an accredited website with much information. It contains research and

credible information. It has multiple articles containing research on sciatica, cervical

herniated discs, and lumbar lordosis. It went into detail about multiple causes and

symptoms for each of the conditions.

I used this site as a way to back up my exercises on my at home treatment plans and for

background information. This website provided me with specific causes of lumbar lordosis

for example, postural, osteosarcoma, osteoporosis, as well as others.

This website has detailed explanation of herniated discs as well as the connection to

sciatica. It connects the dots of how a herniated disc can lead to sciatica through a pinched

nerve. It includes how a herniated disc is diagnosed, symptoms, causes, and goes through

various treatment plans like medication and physical therapy or surgery.

I used this website to add to my herniated disc section in my website. It gave me some

background information so I could write a brief discerption for those who were unaware of

the condition. For the symptoms I had specified for cervical disc herniation the website

included, tenderness, stiffness due to inflammation, radiating pain down to a person’s

fingers, and muscle weakness.

I had found this site to have extensive information on lumbar lordosis. Anything from the

normal curvature of the lumbar region being 40-60 degrees to causes and symptoms. This

site included information such as how lordosis is diagnosed, causes, symptoms, and

treatment plans.

I used this site to developer my lumbar lordosis section in my website. This was all

information I had taken in account when creating the treatment plans, as to what direction

the patient would need to bend or lean depending on their inward curve.
