Background information

Mrs. Rebecca is 47 years old, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of 20 year. Rebecca is a
Muslim, vegetarian, divorced and has three sons who live away from home has contact with. She has a cat
that needs to be taken care of. Rebecca lives independently with the help of home care and several informal
caregivers in a home in Breda.

After a relatively stable period, the MS disease has been progressive since 2011 manifested. She can no
longer stand independently and she has also a limited hand function. The strength and feeling in her hands
is decreasing and with it the dependence on help from others. Rebecca has no pain but does suffer from
spasms in her legs. Rebecca currently has a permanent bladder catheter, but intermittent catheterization is
preferred.

Rebecca is mentally very adequate and has no recognizable mood swings, although her mood can
sometimes be somewhat gloomy and flat. She communicates interactively and can make it clear what she
want and what she don't want.

Rebecca has the following care question: in principle, there are four structured care moments per day,
totaling approximately 5 hours each day. The care request concerns complete assistance with
washing, dressing, assistance with all transfers with a sliding board or hoist. Giving a microlax daily
and emptying the bladder catheter. Between the various care moments, Rebecca likes to do her own
thing and, for example, goes shopping independently on the road with her electric wheelchair. The
care provider will also regularly accompany her during social activities or, for example, a doctor's
visit.

Rebecca must have a caregiver who is empathetic and also understands her needs. The caregiver must be
social and be able to communicate easily. The caregiver must be a woman and be able to communicate well
in English and preferably have experience with and knowledge of the MS disease. She must have a strong
character and certainly a sense of humor. The caregiver is free between care sessions and must be able to
enjoy herself independently. She must be flexible and willing to adapt her free time to the care schedule.

In addition to daily care, the care provider performs household duties aimed at the hygiene and safety of the
client. Washing the bed linen, shopping and preparing the meals. The caregiver must also be willing to feed
