Your classmate is losing hope to study architecture? How will you motivate him or
her?

- I think that the first thing we should do is listen to their problem, which is to
understand how they got to be that way and made that decision. This is
because I think that everyone has a story to tell, and everyone needs someone
to listen to them. It's like stepping into someone else's shoes when we listen
to their perspective. What if we experience it? Therefore, I believe that if we
can also relate to their decisions in life, it will allow them to balance the
decisions they'll make.

- I will tell that classmate that they only have two options if they're losing
motivation. The first is to stop, but they won't gain anything from it. The
second is to continue, and they will accomplish something. Because if we
think about it, both choices have their own backlash or disadvantages,
whichever they choose to do.

- Encourage them to explore diverse styles, collaborate on projects, and

connect with architects.
- To motivate them I would engage and reach out to them to share them the
notes and deadlines. And/ or could have form a group study to listen and
validate their reasons on why they have lost their hope on not to submit their
assignments on time and have been missing in class.

Conclusion:

- In conclusion, it's critical to listen intently to comprehend a classmate's

perspective and the reasoning behind their circumstances when offering
assistance to one who is losing motivation. By providing options and
emphasizing possible outcomes, you may help children make well-informed
decisions. Their enthusiasm can be rekindled by promoting the investigation of
various styles, teamwork on projects, and networking opportunities within the
industry. During trying times, interacting with them through group study or
sharing crucial notes and deadlines can offer much-needed assistance. In the end,
sympathetic comprehension combined with helpful advice can help to rekindle
their passion for learning.
