MANAGER - PRODUCTION " in Production Department based at Bhongir on the terms and conditions explained in detail during the
interview.

The Cost to Company /negotiated emoluments is already informed to you. The same is arrived based on your present/current Cost to Company
emoluments mentioned in the Company’s printed CV. In case, after verification from your present Employer, the current emoluments mentioned
by you are found to be false, Management at their discretion may reduce the excess emoluments shown by you falsely from the offered Cost to
Company or determine the appointment without any notice.

You are required to send a copy of the resignation letter submitted and acknowledged by your present employer within 7 days from the date of
receipt of this letter.

You are required to produce a relieving letter from the present organization. A copy of all your certificates/ testimonials in support of your
qualification, Date of Birth, Experience along with two passport size photographs are required to be submitted to the organization on the day of
joining. Please bring originals for verification. You will not be allowed to join the organization in case of any default in producing the above.

This offer is valid subject to your clearing the prescribed medical tests.

This offer is valid up to 12th October, 2023. You are required to join the organization on or before that date, failing which the offer of appointment
stands canceled automatically. Please inform the date of joining the organization immediately.
