1. If we apply the strict provisions of the law, there would be no justice for an 18-year-
old girl captured who was trafficked online since she was a child or for as long as she
can remember. The child has been conditioned that all the acts she’s doing were
normal since this was what she was grew up accustomed to. She was conditioned to
accept this since she was at her younger age hence the lack of freedom, intention and
intelligence as to what constitutes an illegal act on the society. The concept of justice
is a concept where it entails goodness, equal and fair towards individuals. It would
therefore be unjust for a girl to be punished for something she has no choice but to
live with a cruel upbringing as this. If I were a prosecutor, she even deserves more
kindness and innocence which were taken to her since as long as she can remember.

2. If we strictly apply the provisions of the law, there will be no rule of law where there
is no good law for a female raped who wanted an abortion for a child. We consider
killing as highly immoral however on this situation, carrying a child which is still yet
to be born, was conceived not because of freedom and intention nor love. The rule of
law is a rule of good law where it ideally favors the rights and protection of an
individual. However, her rights were curtailed in the act of rape and the trauma she is
carrying is already a curtailment of freedom. What aggravates the story is the result
of the illegal act she was confronted upon—carrying a child. The girl did not want the
child, the law is supposed to protect the girl and not to worsen the situation. The rule
of good law shall make an individual free from what binds her not giving her
impositions against her will and freedom.
