Problem
Lagos state has a housing deficit sitting at three (3) million. More so, housing is increasingly
getting more expensive and almost out of reach for the low and middle income earners. Abuja
in its case has consistently witnessed an influx of people from other states on a daily basis. It
is no news that there is so much difficulty in getting affordable rental accommodation in the
city due to exorbitant prices. This has been a major constraint for the low and middle income
earners to rent habitable houses
