Problem Presented
The client was
recently turned-over to this
agency for her safety care and
rehabilitation by the
immediate family due to a
rape incident experience by
him. Allegedly while a way
from her mother, his father
took him and he brought him
in roxas to study, from that
time they sexually abused by
their own father and uncle.
The client is 15 year old and
currently under traumatic
condition.

IV.History of the problem

In the morning of
March 25,2023 was
preparing to go to school,
suddenly her cousin should
said that she took another
way because her father is
their waiting for them to went
in roxas. That’s the time they
went to roxas because her
father told then that she will
be the one to send them in
school to continue their
schooling and suddenly her
father didn’t comply what he
said to them to continue their
schooling because they don’t
have enough money to go
them in school.
Estra said that when she was
12 yr old that the time begun
to experienced a rape abuse,
then there was the tume
when he got angry with his
father because of what he did
wrong to them. Estra revealed
that she was also sexually
abused by her uncle, as for
her revelation.

A. Client
Estra is the oldest
sister among their
siblings, She has a
straight black hair,
brown skin, rounded
eyes. Estra has a strong
body structure,Stand 5
feet in height with a
weight of 43kgs. Estra
is 15 yr old. Estra is
active in religious.
Her mother is from
igorot tribe and her
father is from caliguian
burgos isabela.
Estra is attend her
elementary in
Namnama school but
was stopped when she
in-grade e.
