INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor I of Makati accuses JOSE LAGDAMEO,

and ANTONIO BAUTISTA of the crime of VIOLATION OF R.A.
6539 ( Anti-Carnapping Act), committed as follows:

That on or about January 31, 2004, in the City of Makati,

Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the above-named accused, with intent to gain, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take, steal, and carry
away a BMW 3.261 4-door sedan color black, bearing a plate no.
TVL 297, which belongs to one AB CORP represented by
JOHN LESACA, without its consent and against its will.

Contrary to and in violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Act)
