N-LIST Membership Fees/Renewal Process

How to get Proforma Invoice and submit Payment Details?


Visit N-LIST Website http://nlist.inflibnet.ac.in then click on Proforma Invoice/Payment
Reciept.

Enter College email or Administrator’s email ID which is registered with N-LIST then click on
search button to get the details regarding membership fee along with college name and
address.
Click on Get Proforma Invoice, it will open in pdf file. College need to pay membership fee
according to Proforma Invoice. Once membership fee will be paid then click on submit
payment details and fill up the membership fee detail.

Fill the Payment Details form then click on Save Details. Once submitted payment details
match the online transaction from bank statement or receive Demand Draft in Hard copy at
the INFLIBNET Centre, College will receive email regarding payment acknowledgement for the
subscription period.
How to generate Online Receipt and Invoice?
College Member can check the payment status whether the N-LIST membership Fees received
at INFLIBNET Centre. College Members show the below message, once the payment details
matched with the Bank Statement or realization of Demand Draft.

Online receipt will be generated by Second Week of the next month after the realization of
DD/Cheque/online payment. N-LIST College Members will receive the email regarding the N-
LIST Subscription Receipt and colleges need to visit N-LIST Website then click on Proforma
Invoice/Payment Reciept, enter College email or Administrator’s email ID which registered
with N-LIST then click on search button. Click on Print Receipt and it will be generated in pdf
format. College can download and print the online receipt.
