Material: The primary frame of the prop is constructed from

robust 90x90mm square pipe, ensuring structural integrity

and durability. The sheet metal components integrated into
the frame are fabricated using corrosion-resistant SS316
610.0000 stainless steel of 3mm thickness , known for its exceptional
resistance to corrosion and high-temperature
152.5000 environments.

60.0000 305.0000 Fabrication: The construction of the prop involves expert
gas arc welding techniques, meticulously executed at a
specialized workshop. This welding process ensures the
integrity and longevity of the prop, enabling it to withstand
the rigors of the fire simulation experiments.
Installation: On-site installation is accomplished through
secure bolting, ensuring stable positioning and ease of
relocation as required. This method allows for efficient
setup and disassembly, facilitating the adaptability of the
prop within the project's experimental framework.
915.0000
780.0000 Functionality: The prop acts as a conduit for the LPG
(liquefied petroleum gas) gas line, which is safely
introduced into the prop structure. At the heart of the prop,
the main burner is strategically positioned to simulate
controlled fire scenarios, producing realistic and consistent
flames for research and evaluation.Fire scenario are
enacted on top of the prop, enhancing safety and
containment during training and research exercises.
