Shoring System

Aluminium Props AMP/AHP

Lightweight, heavy-duty props with high adjustable length

AMP and AHP are aluminium adjustable

props designed mainly for shoring of slab
formwork, respectively for medium-duty
and heavy-duty shoring.
The props can be used as individual props
and as shoring towers in combination with
AHP bracing frames. Compared with
conventional adjustable props, AMP and
AHP are specially designed to achieve
great heights with high working loads, so
the system could reduce the number of
required props or shoring towers.
AMP and AHP are protected with powder
coating for excellent corrosion protection
thus reducing the maintenance work.

WH60 is a heavy-duty steel shoring

system which can be erected either as a
stacking or shoring tower, or as multiple
grids of complex spatial structure to suit
the actual dimensional and loading

Robust multi-functional system for professional performance

Wonder Crab Lock (WCL48) is an innovative multi-functional prefabricated modular steel

falsework equipment system. The system is equipped with aluminium scaffold
components to provide safe access solution while also efficiently performing as shoring
solution. Compared to other system, the U-shape bracket offers multiple slots at a joint
and allows a relatively rigid connection with incoming ledgers and braces.

Aluminium Ringlock WAR

Versatile functions with high degree of flexibility

Wonder Aluminium Ringlock (WAR) is a versatile prefabricated modular aluminium

shoring and scaffold system, serving as an alternative to WCL48. Similar to WCL48, the
system is also equipped with complete sets of scaffold components to provide safe access
solution.
The ring-lock connection offers a high degree of flexibility and versatility. Each ring-lock
connector has eight slots, which allows the vertical posts (standards) to be braced with
ledgers in all orthogonal directions and braces in diagonal directions in an easy, simple
way. WAR is designed to have minimal component types to increase the speed of
erection and dismantling.

W100 System
A total solution for slab, wall and column formwork
Wonder formwork system comprises of W100
system, Wonderdeck Formwork (WF) and
Wonder Joists and Girders (WJG).
W100 system is a multi-functional formwork
comprised of aluminum frame and plywood.
W100 system offers a total formwork solution for
all wall and column construction with a high
degree of flexibility. In combination with fixed and
hinged corners, it allows the formation of any wall
and rectangular shapes on site.
W100 is compatible with WF to allow continuous
casting of vertical and horizontal structural
elements.

Wonderdeck Formwork WF
A total solution for slab, wall and column formwork

Wonderdeck Formwork (WF) is a panel-
prop concrete formwork system with an
early-stripping mechanism. It provides a
systematic and modular formwork
solution to the construction of beam and
slab structural elements and suits
generally all in-situ construction methods
and conditions.
WF is the most productive formwork
system, particularly for big-span flat slab
structures. Minimal labour is required to
work in a small team of three to four
people to erect the formwork system. The
aluminium panel (with embedded
plywood board) is lifted vertically to hang
onto the hooks of the stripping prop
head. With the top end pivoted, workers
then swing up the other end of the panel
easily with additional steel prop until the
panel is in position.

Wonder Joists & Girders are utilised to

form wide-ranging primary and secondary
beam configurations for formwork,
falsework, and soffit support. The
components are engineered with
meticulous attention; they can combine
to form a flush level surface with or
without the insertion of plywood on top.
The system provides the utmost
flexibility, thus it is ideal for complicated
shapes of slab.

Self Climbing Platform SCP

SCP is an innovative self-climbing platform

SCP is available in steel and aluminium.
Steel SCP has higher strength, while
