Since 1981, we have been providing high-quality glass
packaging solutions. Ajanta Bottle's expansion has been
primarily driven by innovative glass packaging and a
strong emphasis on our customers. Due to a dedicated and
motivated workforce our clients and suppliers receive
prompt, efficient, and polite services.
By establishing a good working environment for our
employees, we try to deliver value to our business part-
ners. We endeavour to make every business transaction a
pleasurable one.
Unique designs and safety are two critical components of cosmetic packaging. We provide world-class
design skills to our customers in order to supply them with the best packaging solutions. We think that

We have a dedicated decoration unit located near Delhi, in Bahadurgarh. The unit provides premium quali-
ty decoration services and makes the entire decoration process quick and easy.

Decoration is key to providing a solution to our customer, for this we

have set up an integrated state of the art Decoration unit near Delhi.
Unit by the name of Ajanta Joss Pvt Ltd is a joint venture between
promoters of Ajanta Bottle Pvt Ltd and Joss Glass Decorators.
Mr Balwan Singh, Promoter of Joss glass has more than 20 years
experience in Decoration of glass bottles. This JV will help in increasing
the scale and reaching to maximum customers and contributing to the
glass packaging and decoration industry.

Manufacturing and selling painted and decorated glass containers,

making them as original as possible for our customers and using the
latest innovations is not a mere selling transaction. It is, in fact, an
opportunity to understand, from the very beginning, the ideas that our
customers want their product to reflect. This means that we design,
produce, paint, and decorate the product together, giving our
customers a complete service throughout the entire process. It truly is
a comprehensive service that turns ideas and designs into a reality.

Your Decoration Project:

Analysis of the project from the vectorized files you sent us;
Formalization of the functional specification that covers all the needs;
Validation of the decoration feasibility by our infographics department
when needed;
Production of the paper proof;
followed by the production of a glass sample for the final approval of
the decor;
First production to allow an optimal processing on the bottling line and
the on-time launch of the product;
Strict quality control during the entire production process;
A quality manager follows-through the entire glass and decoration
project.

Printing either enamels, inks or precious metals, one color after another,
thru stencils or screens onto a rotating glass until the design is totally
reproduced. A heat treatment vitrifies or fixes the design onto the glass.

Hand painted jars can be a unique offering. This can project the brand
as responsible. Hand painting can be done both in bulk and limited
order quantities. Each bottle can also be uniquely painted. Each bottle
can have a unique name of the customer for giving a personalised
touch to delight the end consumer. We nurture the artisans under our
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and also help them gain
employment through our customers' orders.

It’s also called “transfer”, representing the image that is printed

separately and then removed from its backing paper to be applied to
the final product. This unique manufacturing process uses special
pigments called ceramic oxides that, when fired in a kiln, permanently
bond with the substrate (base item).

AKA precious metal stamping, precious metal stamping is a dry

printing process. In stamping a metallic or colour pigment is
transferred from a roll of foil to the container by way of heat and
pressure. The heat and pressure releases the pigment to the container
to form a permanent bond with the glass.

For colored effects containers are sprayed with either liquid or powder
(resin and dyes). Lacquering can be total, partial or with a fade out
effect also offering the choice of: matt, glassy, opaque, translucent,
soft touch, metallic… The palette of hues and colours is wide reaching;
imagination is the only limit…

The bottles are dipped in an acid base solution which superficially

attacks the glass surface creating a matt and frosted aspect. Acid
etching can be either an all over effect or just partially frosted areas
can be incorporated into a design. This is achieved by first masking the
transparent area.

Metallization is a general term that refers to the application of a metal

coating to another metallic or non-metallic surface. Depending on the
desired result, the coating can consist of metals such as zinc, gold,
aluminum or silver. Currently this process is outsource but soon will be
setup with in our facility.
