Notice of Default and
Entry of Default Judgement:

Be it Known and Remembered by All Whom These Presents Come and May Concern: This Public
Notice is posted for purposes of Edi cation and imputing Knowledge to Christ’s church and to all the
World, Declareth and Witnesseth that: Notice of Default Judgement is hereby given, and the same was
entered in favor of the Demandant on the sixteenth day of the twelfth month in the year of our Lord and
Saviour Jesus, the Christ, two thousand and twenty-three in the matter of Dane county, Wisconsin,
superior court case #RF673708675US/#RF673708661US, Notice of same having been sent by way of
Registered Mail on this day the eighteenth day of the twelfth month in the year of our Lord and Saviour
Jesus, the Christ, two thousand and twenty-three for the purpose of Lawful service process upon
Defendants, Jacquelyn Marie Beehner and Michael D Riese, and Judge Robert Cochran of Del Norte
county superior court. Therefore, this matter is abated, and all proceedings in litigation are at an end.
Any further action by said Defendants, in this matter, will establish evidence of Trespass on Case.
