    RELEASE EMULSION
    CONCENTRATE 1801/73

    Application : Demoulding of Polyurethane - workpieces.

    Processing : Release emulsion concentrate 1801/73 is diluted with water before usage.

    The mixing ratio depends on the foam system.


    It is recommended to start with a dilution in mixing ratio 1 part 1801/73 : 1-2 parts of water.

    The pulverization pressure should be appr. 3-4 bar, the container pressure with a nozzle size
    of 0,3 mm should be appr. 0,3 bar. (Distance of the gun while spraying should be 20 - 30 cm
    from the object, if possible dry the mould by blowing. ) Please give the moulds enough time
    to air-off completely as water residue will disturb the surface of the polyurethane.

    Technical Data : - Base : Silicone-emulsions water-based.

    - Density : appr. 1,00 g/cm³

    - Danger class : None

    - Flashpoint : 276° C

    - Storage : Cool, avoid frost.
