Surveillance Order (HSO)
b) You can quarantine at home
c) No need to go to the Covid-19
Assessment Centre (CAC)
d) Testing for Covid-19 is not
Mandatory
e) If you opt to test yourself,
keep in mind it is best to test
on the 5th day of exposure
to the positive case

Day 5 or 7, if not experiencing
any symptoms, only do RTK-Ag in
public or private health
facilities on the last day

Day 5 or 7, if symptomatic,
please perform self test RTK-AG
or go directly to the health facility
if sympstoms worsen.
Remarks :-
All staffs & Workers : will undergo the Self Covid-19 Test once a week until any situation/
Condition could be change.
