Covid-19 Screening Guidelines

Residents Screening

Resident presented with symptoms (cough, fever, sob) and after consult with
doctor, to perform RTK rapid test.
For new admission, to perform immediate RTK rapid test.

Day Care Resident

No screening required. Unless resident presented with symptoms and after

consult with doctor.

Medical Appointment

No screening required.

Home Leave ( > 3 days)

Resident whom returned from home leave, will require to perform immediate RTK
rapid test.

Staffs Screening

If staff presented with symptoms and after consult with management, to perform
RTK rapid test kit for screening. If rapid test kit shows positive, for confirmation
with PCT test.
 Covid-19 Positive Quarantine Policy

Residents Positive

Resident with positive RTK rapid test, will require to quarantine at own bed, own
cubicle for 7 days. No second test repeat needed.

Resident Close Contact (Same Cohort /Cubicle)

Resident will require to quarantine at own bed, own cubicle, do perform RTK on

Day 1: Immediate after found out as close contact case.

Day 3: If positive to repeat RTK on day 5. If negative low risk.
Day 5: If still positive to complete total 7 days quarantine. If negative complete
quarantine day 5.

Staffs Screening

Staff with positive PCR test, will require for self-quarantine.

To complete quarantine of total 5 days. No test repeated required.
