 •Who can avail this package: SUSPECTED CASES with or without symptoms.
•Family members of a COVID 19 positive patient, Contact history of a person in a close
environment or face to face contact with a COVID 19 case, No exposure but has flu like
symptoms, Travel history in abroad in last 14 days, A COVID 19 positive asymptomatic/
mildly symptomatic patient after 8 days of test confirmation.
•Inclusions:
•Home Sample Collection + one Covid test (as per government rate)
•Teleconsultations by a physician.
•Nursing assessment only once

C-19 PLAN 1 •Diet counselling only once

•Home sample collection by a phlebotomist.
•Home pharmacy delivery.

: BDT 13,000 •24/7 ambulance support as and when required.

•Admission process guidance and counselling.
