The Parties agree to enter into the agreement subject to the following terms:
Clause 1. The Seller agrees to sell the abovementioned unit to the Buyer in the amount of THB 4,700,000.00 (Four
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Baht Only).
Clause 2. The Buyer agrees to buy the unit mentioned in Clause 1 from the Seller. The Seller has fully received the
payment.
Clause 3. The Seller will be liable for any damage incurred due to defects in the condominium for a period of not
less than five years from the date of registration. The Seller will fix the defects that occur within thirty days from the date
the Buyer notifies in writing of the defect, except in cases where the defect requires an urgent fix, the Seller will immediately
fix it as soon as notified. If the Seller does not fix the defect, the Buyer has the right to fix it or have a third party do it, which
the Seller agrees to compensate for damages and expenses incurred from repairing.
Clause 4. No obligation of outstanding debt according to Section 18 of Condominium Act B.E.2522 (1979) and
received the latest debt-free certificate issued by the condominium juristic person.
This agreement is made in three copies, each with the same substance. The Land officer, the Seller, and the Buyer
each retain one copy of this agreement. (This copy is for The Buyer .)
The Parties of the agreement having read and understood the entire substance thoroughly and therefore executed
their names in the presence of witnesses.
