DARK FACTS OF KOREA

• Anneyonghaseyo nea jasin Mukul, today I am going to tell you all about some dark FACTS of
korea ,.

• but I wont tell about north Korea, As if I start talking about North Korea, the list would be
never ending, Show let’s start talking about South Korea

• Some people also name South korea as Hell korea. Some reasons I will tell today.

 The first among them is that gender roles are still very fixed in Korea, and it is a
VERY chauvinistic society, i.e. displaying excessive support for their own sex. It's
pretty much expected that all women will grow up to get married, immediately
quit their jobs, and just become housewives before 30. the older males in their
family make the rules and break them as they wish. Korean marriages, like much
of Asia, are often for a lot of reasons other than 'everlasting love'. So after a
couple years, marriages are more like business partnerships, and there is rampant
cheating.
 . Even if we talk about marriages of celebrities , sometime they are even arranged by
music label for their buissness-
 The other reason the education system , The education is killing the students
 If you ask South Korean students: How much do you study?
school students: at least 12 hours(regular course) or up to 20 hours

 , the vast majority(let's say 8 out of 10) of students go to the academy and come home
late in the night usually 8-1am. Some academies end at 2 or 3 in the morning(usually for
high school students).

But do you know the sincere reason why they are studying like this?
Right now, the unemployment crisis is true, severe. So only selected students, who have the top
career can survive in this competitive world. There are three top universities; Seoul National Uni.,
Yonsei Uni., and Korea Uni. Students are desperate to enter at least one of them. All of the
students are studying hard because this is a matter of their future and living. So they risk their
lives in studying. I'm sure some of the people have seen news of suicide in South Korea. Yes,
this is one reason as South Korea ranks fourth in the suicide .

. The last but not the least in my list is slave contracts-

I know all of you know about kpop but if not let me tell u that it is an south Korean music jondra
that generates billions of dollor for south Korean economy. Every actor and artist all around the
world want to collobrate with the bands of kpop because the value that kpop artist have, no one
around the world have that value.
But now the question is how do u become do u become a kpop artist?
And the answer is slave contract – This contract is just not degrading for financial but even
degrading for humanity , They just not only control your classes but even your whole life is
controlled by these labels and these labels do at a massive scale, they make you like the way
you want, that fits for the industry and its very possible if you are even underweight but they want
you to loose weight you have to do so because of slave contracts. And many times it was seen
that these labels collect these stars to check weight and if you would be overweight or out of form
you would be humiliated in front of all. Once a member of BTS , suga told that he would have to
go for dieting when even though I am underweight . Many times these artist have exposed these
labels on different platform like youtube.

We are just talking about weight , but many times these labels demand their artist to go under
plastic surgery just to match beauty standards.
But there is also positive side of this kpop industry , like it has increased tourism , out of every 13
tourist 1 comes for kpop. Almost 3.6 billion dollor goes towards economy through kpop. So just
imagine how much power would these kpop artist and bands have.
SO this is how I would like to conclude that beside having an amazing outer look , sometimes
they are hollow from inside and the same goes for South Korea , but the people and the
government are trying their best to make their country best.
