Dr.

Elsie Tsui has extensive experience both as a corporate executive (with Coca-Cola China)
and a management consultant. She has worked in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Currently, having her consulting business, she has worked for the Asia office of !What If? Inn
ovation Company, a leading innovation consultancy and now part of Accenture, based in Sha
nghai. Specializing in innovation management and innovation capability building through de
sign thinking

she has helped the leaders from Fortune 500 companies across Europe and Asia in product i
nnovation and building innovation culture across the organizations.

With her passion in education, Elsie has been teaching courses at CUHK Business School, incl
uding Design Thinking and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, she also wor
ks as Head of Social Innovation at CUHK and serves on advisory committee of Hong Kong SA
R Government.

Elsie majored in Sociology and minored in Journalism & Communications at The Chinese Uni
versity of Hong Kong, and graduated with the first-class honors. She also holds an MBA from
the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK and a DBA from Grenoble School of
Management, France. She is also a certified ESG analyst (CESGA).
