Compact Hypochlorite Generator
The MIOX® 2 On-site Hypochlorite Generator generates
bleach where you need and when you need it. Compact
and portable, it uses only salt, electricity, and water
to generate a chlorine based bleach solution. Similar
in operation to larger ClorTec and MIOX systems used
throughout the world, this small-scale generator is
perfect for small communities, hotels, school districts,
senior care facilities and other locations.

The MIOX® 2 system is being offered as a special price for a limited

time to help communities and institutions alleviate shortages of bleach
supplies.

The system scope of supply includes:

• MIOX® 2 Generator
• 110/220V compatible power supply
• Integrated brine tank
• Bleach storage tank with level controls
• Initial fill of salt, approximately 60 days work if used constantly

The De Nora MIOX® 2 will:

Stabilize your bleach supply.
• A MIOX 2 unit will produce 60 gallons (228 liters) of 4,500 ppm
(0.45%) bleach (hypochlorite) each day.
• A load of salt (about 350 lbs or 160kg) will last more than 50 days.
Reduce your exposure.
• Making bleach on-site will reduce trips to supply stores.
Enable mobility.
• Approximately the same size as a home water softener, the MIOX 2
system is small enough to be placed anywhere.
