1. Write an essay about your chosen topic and follow a general to specific or deductive order in
organizing and presenting your ideas. Your essay must consist of Introduction, Body (2-3 paragraphs)
and Conclusion. (10 pts.)

2. Include definition of terms with sentence definition and another term with extended definition that
you find significant in your discussion. Highlight the sentences in pink for sentence definition and gray
for extended definition. (6 pts.)

5. Integrate ideas from different writers through 2 paraphrases, 2 quotations, and 1 summary from the
articles/sources you have read earlier. Highlight sentences in paraphrase yellow, bright green for
summary, and turquoise for quotation. Remember to observe proper citations and format based from
the APA style 7th edition/IEEE format. (15 pts.)

6. Write the reference list of the sources you have used for paraphrase, summary, and quotation after
the last paragraph of your essay. Observe APA style 7th edition/IEEE format. (10 pts.)

7. Observe the following as you write: correct punctuations, spelling, and grammar are applied (3 pts.),
ideas and information are logically arranged and well-organized (3 pts.), and instructions were
followed correctly (3 pts.).
