stolen vehicles wanted by the police, and has not been mortgaged to any third party or
entity, and has not been involved in any sort of crime or accident whatsoever .

That the vendor shall be held responsible to the full extent of the law, if the
above-mentioned motor vehicle is found among the list of wanted cars by the
PNP – HIGHWAYPATROL GROUP and other law enforcement units/agencies.
