1. To see a list of
pages in the Cash
Management space,
open the More
dropdown.

2. Select the Cash


Operations page.

3. To open the app,


select the Manage
Bank Statements tile.

4. Use the available


filters to find the
latest bank statement
number. (To find a
house bank account
ID, open the input
help.)

In the House Bank


Acct ID field, enter
USAC1 and press
Enter.

5. The House Bank


and Company Code
fields are populated
automatically.

Open the Latest


Statement list.

6. Select Latest only.

7. Choose Go.

The latest bank


statement number is
listed. Make note of
the closing balance
and the bank
statement number.

The closing balance


will become the
opening balance of
the new bank
statement.

consecutive; for

8. Choose Create.

9. Enter the details


for the new bank
statement.

In the House Bank


Acct ID field, enter
USAC1 and press
Enter.

The House Bank and


Company Code fields
are populated
automatically.

10. In the Bank


Statement No. field,
enter 706 and open
the Bank Statement
Date date picker.

11. Select a date for


the new bank
statement.

For this tutorial,


select August 28,
2019.

12. In the Opening


Balance field, enter
1410000 and select
the Manual
Transaction field.

13. Enter the


transaction details for
the new bank
statement.

In the Manual
Transaction field,
enter F001 and select
the Amount field.

14. In the Amount


field, enter 208 and
select the Memo Line
field.

15. Enter more


information, if
required.

In the Memo Line


field, enter SDTEST
and choose the
arrow.

16. Enter any


additional information
for the transaction, if
required.

To confirm the
transaction, choose
Apply.

17. To add another


transaction (line
item), choose Create.

18. Enter the manual


transaction code.

For this transaction,


enter F004 and select
the Amount field.

19. In the Amount


field, enter -1191 and
choose the arrow.

20. For this


transaction, we’ll add
a customer reference
number.

In the Customer Ref


No field, enter
1000004611 and
choose Apply.

21. Enter the new


closing balance (the
opening balance +
208 - 1191).

In the Closing
Balance field, enter
1409017 and choose
Save.

22. Choose Post.

The statement is
posted with a
Completed status.
