ARE WHISTLE BLOWERS ARE DISLOYAL WORKERS?

No, whistle blowers are not disloyal workers. A worker blows the whistle only when he or she discovers
corrupted or unfair activities in an organisation. For example, let us consider the BART case that is related
to the whistle blowing of three engineers of BART. In this case the three engineers blown whistle for the
defective Automatic Train Control system introduced to the trains. This whistle blowing activity later on
proved to be not a scam when the BART trains suffered a series on accidents for using ATC system. So, we
can say that these three engineers blown the whistle for a truth cause and in no way can call them
disloyal. So, the incident of the BART case contradicts with the given argument.
