We note that your revised mandate of RM 35,000.00 plus 10% cost has been exhausted.

The Plaintiff’s solicitor has withdrawn the matter with liberty to file afresh and with no order as to
cost. The Plaintiff’s solicitor has since lowered their client’s settlement sum to RM 45,000.00 plus
10% cost. We are of the view that the Plaintiff’s settlement sum is within a reasonable range based
on our latest revised opinion.
