What is included: Accomodation between 08th -12th August, 2012 (4 nights)
in air conditioned rooms of the 3* Campus Hotel and free meals (light
breakfast, lunch, dinner) starting with lunch on 08 th August closing with
lunch on 12th August for each pilot + 3 persons, 2 sets of competition map,
flight information, free wireless internet at the Competition Centre, small
souvenirs.
Entry fee Entry fee does not include the cost of propane used by the competitor
during the Event. Pilot has to pay at a favourable price for the propaine
used during the Competition and Training Flights. Pilots have to pay a
deposit of EUR 500 at check in. At refuelling quantity of propaine filled by
the pilot will be recorded and after the last refuelling statement of accounts
will be provided. If the cost of the propaine is less than the amount of the
deposit the difference will be paid back in cash to the pilot. If the cost of
the propaine is higher than the amount of the deposit the difference will
be paid by the pilot.
