Civil work
1. Removal of stone L shaped bar existing in annex, with closing of sink and water ducts
2. Supply apply stone tiles same as existing to retouch wall in case of damage while removing bar
3. Supply apply ceramic to retouch flooring in case of damage while removing bar
(Floor to be covered with parquet by us)
4. Closing of floor spot lights in a professional way and disconnecting the electricity while maintaining the connection in case of using them in the future
5. Supply apply of additional gypsum ceiling according to design above living area
6. Supply apply of led lights for additional gypsum ceiling and in cabinets in design and in the niches where there are shelves
7. Removal of fireplace and wood cladding, with maintaining fireplace unit and marbles (in case of later usage by client), plus closing of gas pipes, and adding Riyadh stone to wall if cladding is missing
8. Add electric point above dining area in the center for chandelier along with chain
9. Remove spot lights near wall(bathroom wall) in dining area (qnty 3) for a cabinet with be fixed there
