The pattern is written in English using US

crochet terminology. Instructions are easy to

follow if you are familiar with basic crochet
techniques.

with Santa white (105), green (430), mint (385), light brown

Wreath:
I used acrylic yarn “APILOU BIG” Atelier Veritas in
cream (B20) and “ESSENTIALS” mega wool Chunky
in red and 5.00 mm crochet hook
• Safety eyes 8.00 mm
• Stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Stitch marker
• Foam 300 mm in diameter (wood or metal

The crocheted ornaments are approximately 4-
18 cm tall from top to bottom. It may vary
though depending on the kind of yarn and hook
size used.
You can also use any color of yarn.
Feel free to add accessories to your very own
Christmas wreath.

“Wreath”
STRIPE
I used Anti-pilling acrylic yarn “APILOU BIG”
Atelier Veritas in cream (B20) and
“ESSENTIALS” mega wool Chunky in red (fig
1). You should need one ball of each color.
It’s a acrylic and wool yarns for crochet
hook 6.0-7.0 mm. I used 5.0 mm crochet
hook to make my stripe.
I used two pieces (fig 2, 3) of the half circle
foam 300 mm (11,8 inch) in diameter and
130 mm (5,1 inch) in width. I found mine in
Banier (local flower shop). You can use a
metal or wooden ring too.

You are going to create a long crocheted
stripe that you will then wrap around and
stitch together onto the wreath. The stripe
will be 26 cm (10,2 inch) height and 75-76
cm (29,5 inch) length.
The pattern is simple:
• tip: I need only 35 stitches to crochet my stripe to
wrap it around the wreath. But the amount of
stitches (that you will be using for your wreath) will
be depended from the width of wreath. it can be 35
or 30 or 40. So, befour to crochet next rounds, wrap
the crocheted first row around the wreath and make
sure that you have enouth stitches (fig 4).
Ch 36.
Row 1: red yarn: start in second chain from
hook: hdc in each chain stitch, turn [35]
Change the yarn to red.
• tip: change the color of yarn by doing the
last stitch (fig 5, 6).

stitch. Again, insert your hook in next two
stitches and join it with slip stitch.

Now take your tapestry needle and start
stitching it together. It always looks like it
won’t work out, but keep matching up the
beginning of the row to the end of the same
row and it will all come together with no
lumps or bumps at the end.
Add the stuffing as you needed it during the
sewing.
