内 容
市場からのフィードバック及び、ニーズに伴い機付潤滑油ポンプの容量アップ改造を実施してきました。
それに伴い、同一機種である5DC-17において2種類の潤滑油ポンプが存在しております。
この度、機関の潤滑機能がより良い容量アップ型（以降V182型とする）を標準とし、旧型（以降V126型とする）
の部品供給は製造を中止する2018年3月末以降は在庫分が切れた段階で停止となります。

旧型のV126型ポンプを保有のお客様については、メンテナンス用部品の供給停止までに新型のV182型への
Assyでの換装をお願いしたく思います。

一部のお客様については搭載機関数全てでは無く、一部機関のみ変更しており、売船や管理会社変更も相
まって1隻内でオリジナル仕様のV126型と新型の容量アップ型であるV182型のLOポンプが混在している場合
があります。先ずは保有されている機関の潤滑油ポンプの形式を把握頂きたく思います。
また、旧型用部品供給停止までの短い期間ではありますが、ポンプ形式未確認の状態で整備用部品をオーダー
された場合、新旧誤った部品が届く可能性があります。＊新旧ポンプ構成部品の互換性はありません。

大変お手数ですが以下方法でメンテナンス対象機のポンプ型式を事前に把握頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

確認方法① 予備ポンプなど実物確認が可能な場合
LOポンプ駆動ギアの歯厚を計測するか、駆動軸の軸端形状で判別下さい。
(1) T=45mm → 旧型ポンプ「V126型」 (2) T=40mm → 新型ポンプ「V182型」

確認方法② LOポンプ開放不可な場合
機付LO調圧弁の六角プラグの刻印を確認して判別下さい。
(1) 無刻印 → 旧型ポンプ「V126型」の可能性が高い
(2) 刻印「2」 → 新型ポンプ「V182型」の可能性が高い

＊弊社販売代理店に引合送付時、形式確認した旨を一言連絡頂ければ幸いです。
＊＊確認方法②は①と比べると正確性が劣ります。可能であれば①での確認をお願いします。

NOTE
We have increased the LO pump discharge amount based on our experiences in the market.
Two types (Original:V126 / Upper capacity:V182) of LO pump exist in the same engine model (5DC-17)
due to the above reason.
We fix V182 as a present standard for 5DC-17, and spare parts for V126 will be discontinued at the
time the stock runs out (2019/1st Q).

We would like all customers who has V126 to retrofit V182 by the 1st quarter in 2019.

It's very rare case that all original LO pumps (V126) in one vessel have been replaced to bigger
amount (V182), and they're mixed in most of vessels. Replacing record & document may not be
kept in vessels and offices because of buying and selling vessels.
Once please check all your LO pumps, and confirm their type.
In case customers send an enquiry or P/O without above confirmation, wrong parts can be delivered.
Please check and confirm the LO pump model refering to the following identification method before
you send an enquiry for LO pump. ＊Internal parts are not compatible between V126 and V182.

Method ① Spare LO pump or dismantled pump.

Measuring the thickness of the LO pump driving gear. Or Checking the shape of the shaft end.
(1) T=45mm → Original/Old Pump「V126」 (2) T=40mm → Upper capacity/New Pump「V182」

Method ② In case the pump is installed.**

Checking the stamp on the top of LO relief valve.
(1) No stamp → Original/Old Pump「V126」 (2) Stamp「2」 → Upper capacity/New Pump「V182」

＊Please inform us the pump model (V126 or V182) when you send your enquiry about spare parts.
＊＊Although both V182 and LO relief valve for V182 are replaced as a set, there are cases
where it's not so. Method ① is more reliable.
