Working as Production– Manager in Buildgen Nigeria Ltd., from January 2020 to
Feb 2022date
Buildgen Nigeria is part of the Sungroupe group company, This company will be
established 2019, the green filed projects started 2020 the machinery like as 3 tube
mills, Slitting, CTL, CZU open sections,

JOB PROFILE
 We did Erection and installed the ERW- Tube mills (3) and trial has succeeded.
 We did Erection and installed Slitting and CTL machine and trail has succeeded.
 We did Erection and installed Goliath cranes by using to carry the sheets and “I”
Beams.
 To produced 0.40 thicknesses of Round and Rectangular pipes as per marketing
requirements.
 Our Management to procure the trading material from China as per Customer
requirements like as sheets, Beams, Chequered plates, channels and Mother
Coils (0.40 ~ 3.5mm)
 To Implement best-practice manufacturing methods and introduce new practices
and systems to improve productivity, yield, and quality with ERW pipe
manufacturing.
 Planning and coordinating with all other departments to foresee and overcome
difficulties.
 Responsible for production & quality of finished product.
 Knowledge of MS office and AutoCAD making the rolls design.
 To develop the product development as per market requirement
 To make a Production Consolidated report for every month
 To Produce detailed Monthly and Annual Production Plan
 Coordinated with Quality Assurance and Maintenance department to quality
improvement and Preventative Maintenance activities.
ACHIVEMENTS:

 Fin blade design changed half round shape instead of shaft key. To avoid the
broken of thin fin blades. (Approximately Cost saving yearly 3 lakhs)
 Fin blades material changed QCM8 instead of SKD11(to increase the blade life)
 To increase the mill speed from 40 to 70m/min, the using top thumb
roll(Breakdown pass top roll 2.0,2.8,3.2,4.5t)
Worked as Assistant Manager in Hyundai Steel Pipe India Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly
known as Automotive Steel Pipe India Pvt. Ltd.) - Sriperumbudhur from October
2012 to February 2019.
HSPI is the Subsidiary of Hyundai steel IATF / TS-16949 certified company,
manufacturing Tubes to Automotive Exhaust pipe, Door impact beam, Seat frame, Cowl
panel, suspension systems and special application process. Our Customers: Toyota,
Magneti Marelli, NSMC, Yamaha, PHA, Hwashin, JBM, DSC,KM Seat, Honda and
Continental Emitec.
JOB PROFILE
Tooling:
 Design and customer need the ERW Rolls (Material like as Caron steel and
Stainless steel, Aluminum) Breakdown, forming, Sizing rolls.(Ø10.0 ~ Ø76.3,
1.0t~4.5t)
 Design the tube ID scarfing tools with mechanical type, tube range from minimum
tube size is Ø22.20
 Design the CDW (Cold drawn tubes) the purposes of front fork, hydraulic pipes.
 Maintain and update records of tool room equipment, tools and Rolls.
 To procure ERW Consumables and CDW Plug and Dies from Japan.(like a
impeder, Ceramic roll, IC shoe material ALBC2)
 To regrinding the rolls CNC Lathe Machine and Programming.
 Check for damages or unusable condition of dies and Rolls.
 Maintain tool room equipment manuals, processes and operational guidelines.
 Organize tools and equipment on shelves and racks for easy access.
 To maintain critical spare items tools and Rolls.
 Tool Room Purchase (consumables & tool purchasing like grinding wheel, cutters,
equipment’s etc.).
 Knowledge of Rolls Raw Materials.
 Tool cost as per target.
 Maintain roll drawings & tool history card

.Production:
 Production model start as per PPC plan and facilitate Raw materials.
 Responsible for production & quality of finished product.
 Coordinated with Quality Assurance and Maintenance department to quality

auditing.

Tooling

 Accountable for designing and calculations (Strip width and Technical Sheets).
