Ranking Justifications and Comments

The assessment's ranking of the seven movies is depicted in the figure above. The primary
priority is the movie Escape from Rio Japuni. Keiko, a store employee, Heidi, my life with
the Dalai Lama, Grand Island, and Nadia are listed in that order. Only the third film, The
Year of the Echo, failed to adhere to the rules. The evaluation of the top priority films and
the films that fall short of the requirements is provided below.

Project 3: The Year of the Echo **Project 3 DID NOT meet two of the MUST
objectives (meets all safety and
environmental standards and PG/G
Rating) due to illegal contents and illicit
activities of the film
Does not fully satisfy the requirements for the "must" objectives since it does not maintain a PG
or lower rating and because there is a negative effect linking drugs with the music industry. The
project will be regarded as having low priority and may even be rejected because all of the
"musts" have not been satisfied.

Project 4: Escape from Rio Japuni

Met all requirements for the "must" objectives. An animated motion picture set in the Amazon.
It's possible to create video games, characters, dolls, etc. Already a cartoon film. Extreme
environmental issues because the rain forest is being cleared and cut down profit = 26.8% =
(80*15+50*20+20*24)%. Moving to 3D could possibly advance state. Definitely has the
potential to become a safari or ride in a theme park.

2. ANSWERING CASE STUDY : WHITE MANUFACTURING

1. How do you account for the actions of the new department manager?
• He assumed responsibility of the entire production division, and improved coordination is required by
taking charge of all operations and problems, including project management tasks.
• In order to prevent disagreements within the team, he eliminated the parallel choices and reporting.
• He dismantled the matrix structure to construct a hierarchical framework, which might take more
time to make decisions.

2. What would you do if you were one of the project managers?

If I were one of the project managers, I would : want to know why the decision was made to modify the
organizational structure and determine whether it would benefit the company or cause more team strife.
Instead of having three employees working at the same level, I would prefer to demand a single point of
contact or reporting manager for the project management team.
