My field study experience started off to a great way with Field Study 1. It made it easier
for me to understand how learners differ in terms of traits, behavior, and stages of
development. I had the opportunity to watch how the actual teaching-learning process
take place in a classroom. It also made me think about how students' learning can be
influenced by their learning environment. I also realized that, teachers bear a great deal
of responsibility, because they are the one who's responsible in developing every
learner and setting the best learning environment for them. My time observing not only
helped me learn how to become the teacher I plan to be, but also how to become a
better student, to recognize my strengths and weaknesses, and enhance my own
learning.
I saw multiple instances of the teacher adjusting her lessons to fit different learning
styles of her students all through the field study. I came to understand that having
multiple backup plans rather than just one, is essential for teachers in case their primary
backup plan fails. A teacher needs to be innovative and adaptable. Although our field
study was brief, it was loaded with valuable lessons.

Reflecting on my experience during Field Study 1, observing grade 9 students was a
profound realization of the challenges teachers face. It underscored the importance of
patience, kindness, and unwavering dedication to providing the best for students. As a
future teacher, this experience has instilled in me a deeper sense of patience and
motivation to excel in my coursework, knowing that these qualities are essential on the
journey ahead.

Throughout our field study journey, I've encountered a myriad of enriching
experiences that have significantly broadened my perspective on teaching and
learning. Witnessing firsthand the dynamic interactions between teachers,
students, and the educational environment has been truly enlightening. Engaging
in observations, exploring diverse teaching methodologies, and comprehending
the intricacies of classroom dynamics have deepened my understanding of
effective pedagogical practices.
Moreover, the opportunity to witness the implementation of various strategies,
coupled with reflecting on their impact on student learning, has been invaluable.
This journey has not only enhanced my appreciation for the teaching profession
but also instilled in me a deeper sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to
contribute positively to educational endeavors in the future.

This is what I experienced during Field Study 1 as a pre service teacher, I learned many
realizations. It's not really easy to be a teacher. A lot of preparation must be done in
order to perform well as a teacher. A lot of patience is required. many strategies must
be learned and practiced. As a teacher you must know how to get along with different
people. You should be approachable at all times. And above all as a teacher you must
love what you do.

Based on my experience in field study 1, I can see that the education system is slowly
changing from the non traditional setting to the more interactive and learner approach
system. Since, we are in the generation were advanced technology is teachers can
continue to develop and improve their teaching strategy to help students learn. Students
are more active when teachers allow them to use their cellphone in finishing their
reading report. The observation ended successfully with a lot of learnings and
experiences gained. As a future teacher I need to be fully comprehend and be aware of
each individual student within the classroom's boundaries. And I should be very much
aware of the needs and behaviors of our learners in order for me to plan and make my
instruction effective I should be knowledgeable enough on their behavior so that I could
encourage them and so that I could catch their field of interest. I believe that if they find
learning interesting, it would throughout their lives.
