join the Drum & Lyre Band Competition Elementary School Edition on January
18, 2024 at Buenavista Covered Court, Poblacion, Buenavista Marinduque.

I have considered the benefits that my son/daughter will derive from

his/her participation in this activity with the understanding that he/she has take
every precaution to ensure his/her health and safety during the activity.
I shall not hold the school and the program organizers responsible
for any untoward accident that may happen beyond their control.
