    daughter/son to attend the Annual Foot Procession of the patron, Sr. Sto. Niño as
    part of the crowd control on January 14, 2022. I have considered the benefit that
    my son/daughter will derive from this activity with understanding that every
    precaution will be undertaken to ensure his/her safety. I shall not hold the staff
    and the institution responsible for any untoward accident that may happen during
    the said activity which is beyond their control.
