Subject no.1 also known as Rhea. Currently she is the 1st member of the Vices. A group of
individuals with mysterious power created by the Foundation for their own agendas. She is of
average build, and on the thinner side of things. Her hair used to be quite long, but now she
keeps it just above her elbows. Its color is ash gray, similar to the flightless bird that is her
namesake..Her casual attire mostly consists of a black turtleneck jacket, covered by a white lab
coat; she also wears a short skirt, combined with black tights and leather boots.

She appears quite stoic, and donned tired uncaring eyes.This was due to a large void that had
been left deep in her heart. In her childhood, before she became a Vice, back when she was still
a test subject, she had an unexpected meeting with a mysterious man in the facility. At first she
was indifferent to the man, however as the time they spent together she had slowly opened up
to him. He was the one, if not only person she had believed and trusted inside the research
facilities.She had also received her name, from the same man. That person had certainly been
the one that gave her hope that she was missing in her life.

However, due to a series of miscommunication and an unfortunate turn of events. She was led
to believe that the man had left and betrayed him for his own benefit. An idea that was abused
by Gaia to drive her into isolation to awaken her Authority. Gaia would also take this chance to
have Rhea grow dependent on her, currently putting her in Gaia’s authority.

She is the current holder of the Authority Sloth, reflecting her role in the main story, and her lack
of action in her past.
