conduct research interviews with senior high school students at Mindanao State University - Sulu.

I am a Mohammad Muhzein H. Ullong taking Bachelor of science information technology (BSIT) student
at Mindanao State University. As part of my research project titled "Offering easy access to senior high
school student performance data” in Mindanao State University -SULU

We conducting interviews to gather valuable insights and perspectives on [Offering easy access to senior
high school student performance data]. The purpose of these interviews is to gain a deeper
understanding of Offering easy access to student performance data, this project aims to contribute to
the overall improvement of educational practices and outcomes in MSU-Sulu. It will empower
stakeholders to actively engage in the educational process, fostering a culture of transparency and
accountability. Ultimately, the project seeks to enhance the educational experience and success of senior
high school students in MSU-Sulu.

I kindly request your assistance in granting me permission to conduct interviews with senior high school
students under your supervision. These interviews will be conducted during your break time and will last
approximately 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The interviews will be conducted in a manner that ensures the
comfort and convenience of the students, and all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure their
safety and well-being.

I assure you that the information obtained during these interviews will be treated with the utmost
confidentiality and used solely for academic research purposes. Any identifying information will be kept
strictly confidential, and the data collected will be anonymized to ensure the privacy and anonymity of
the participants.
