This journal is not predatory, I have submitted and received one round of peer review process.
Also the documents are indexed by scopus, so it should be fine to submit it. Just make sure
your article is in scope.

This journal can be categorized as predatory. starting in 2023, there will be no reviews and
very many journals will publish each issue. Lastly, there are so many services through
Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok advertisements, which offer to submit to this journal and
guarantee 100% acceptance. this is a shameful predatory journal. No longer worthy of being
indexed by Scopus.
