Saijan Prima Coal, Yuni Nur Has ( South Kalimantan ) and Mufakat
Taka, Dunia Usaha Maju, Mada Perkasa, BJM ( East Kalimantan )
3. Jetty Locations : Talenta Bumi, HJU, HJI, SPC, Swangi S, TCT, DTBS Asam-asam (South
Kalimantan ) and Citra, PJP, BJM, Laut Merah, Ex Tanito ( East
Kalimantan )
4. Location of Sourcing Coal : South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.

B. QUANTITY AND QUALITY AND CONTRACT

1. Transaction type : Small long-term agreement
2. Contract Quantity : 50.000 MT (+/- 10%) per Shipment, in July
3. Price : US$115/ MT CFR, Shandong Port based on NCV ARB 5500.
4. Payment System : LC at sight MT700 100% irrevocable or LC Usance MT752, non transferrable, non PB,
97% at Loading Port Asam-Asam, Taboneo, South Kalimantan or Muara Berau, Adang
Bay East Kalimantan and 3% after CIQ Shandong Port, China
5. Contract Proses : 2 ( Two ) Working Days After RWL INTERNATIONAL Signed FCO Tumorrow.
6. Delivery System : CFR Asam-Asam, Taboneo, South Kalimantan or Muara Berau, Adang Bay, East
Kalimantan – Indonesia to Shandong Port, China.
7. Laycan : July 2023.
8. Quality Specification : NCV ARB 5500 - 5300 Kcal/Kg
9. Surveyor : Tribhakti and CCIC
