Message: ( Remember the seminar is not to be read with the people, get the Spirit, meditate on it and pass it on to the people tomorrow)

John 6:5-14
Then Jesus lifted up His eyes, and seeing a great multitude coming toward Him, He said to Philip, "Where shall we buy bread, that these may eat?" But this He said to test him, for
He Himself knew what He would do.

* Jesus tested Philip though He already knew what He would do. That is how it happens with us as well, we cannot imagine how great is the plan of God for us, however, He will
still test our faith.
Philip answered Him, "Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may have a little."

* Philip hasn’t seen the situation spiritually, he was already looking at the money they did not have but forgot that JESUS was there.

* It doesn’t matter what we don’t have, our condition, qualification, etc... When the Lord Jesus is with He can reverse any problem.

* Many get desperate or preoccupied because has no money to pay the bills, but if you have Jesus, you have what it takes to overcome. He can give victory under any
circumstance.
One of His disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, said to Him, "There is a lad here who has five barley loaves and two small fish, but what are they among so many?"

* Sometimes people can despise someone God is using to help them. We never know who God is using to bless us, in many occasions the help will come from people we were
never expecting, and nothing will come from those whom you were expecting.
Then Jesus said, "Make the people sit down."

* Jesus tells them to sit down, to wait on Him. Sometimes people are so anxious that they keep taking a wrong decision that delays God's work in their lives. They are always
rushing, not thinking, not trusting …

* For instance: they come to the service and instead of getting ready to hear the word of God and put it into practice, they arrive saying to the pastor: I need to talk to you pastor
after the service … What about what God will speak during the service? Anxiety is a stumbling block.
Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.

* The Lord Jesus divided them in a very organised way, we have to teach the people to be organised with their finances. Some have a very disorganised business, spend more
than bring in, and are very disorganised from the way they dress to the way they organise themselves.
And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those sitting down; and likewise of the fish, as much as they
wanted.

* You are going to eat as much as you want, there is no misery with the Lord Jesus.
So when they were filled, He said to His disciples, "Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost."

* Nothing was lost: Learn that there can be no losses, even when you prosper don’t waste your finances with unnecessary things. Your prosperity is not to show off, but to serve
God. Be careful with what you are wasting.

Therefore they gathered them up and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten.

That was a very difficult day for Jesus, had started badly for Him, He had just received the news that John had died, however, He did not stop to do what He had to do. On that
day He multiplied the bread and fish, He walked on the water and stopped the storm. It doesn’t matter how your year has started, if you act your faith in the Word it will finish well.

You will finish the year doing well.

Faithfulness
Daniel 6:10 NKJV
Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home.

And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom
since early days.

Daniel was faithful to God and did not get intimidated by the decree. It would be more convenient for him to close the windows and keep his prayers private.

However, if he had chosen to close the window he would be showing doubt, he would have listened to the voice of what was more convenient at the moment and would not be
trusting in God.

How many people have been closing the windows of heaven by choosing what is more convenient instead of being faithful to God?

In the despair of the problem, they chose to spend what they have to solve the problems rather than put God first.

Daniel did not choose convenience but he chose faithfulness
